Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads provided by the company.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and sales.
• Educate clients on Medicare plans, helping them select the best options for their needs.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay current on Medicare regulations and offerings.

Requirements:

• A valid 02-40 or 02-15 license and AHIP certification.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple screens.
